Clars Holdings is a business registered as a PTY (LTD) with the Registrar of Companies. The business has been established in 2025 by Pfukani Clearence Homu, entrepreneurs who is committed into business and needs recognition as one of the major participant in the main economic stream of our developing society.

This business has been established with the main purpose of creating sustainable employment opportunities to the people of all races irrespective of their color, gender, nationality, and equality. This is to ensure that we eradicate poverty and hunger, reduce the unacceptable level of unemployment within our communities, and minimize the high rate of crime especially among the youth, our people are suffering from on their daily lives.

This move is indeed in line with the aims and objectives of the effects of empowering and improving technology skills in our community which our government is trying to achieve, the government has committed itself to support the development of the small, Medium and Micro Enterprises, that it has been proven beyond doubt that they are the major contributors towards our country‘s GDP.

It is therefore within this context that we decided to engage ourselves into business and be seen as a role player in the economic development of this
country. The purpose of this document is to provide an insight into the operations of the business, the marketing strategies and its expansion programme with a view to facilitate a proposal to obtain tenders, finance, lobbing support and alliances with other economic role players and institutions to ensure that this business becomes a successful venture.
